Don’t worry, there’s no such thing as a stupid question. 

Generally we prepare a shortlist for our clients consisting of candidates that match their specification and culture. We work with you to decide if you're right for the shortlist, and if not, don't worry, there are plenty of roles that may be more suited to you. 

Once you are shortlisted we work with our client (the hiring company) to select candidates from the shortlist to go forward to interview.
